I forgot my username. What do I do?
To log in, you must use your username and not your email.
- If you have forgotten your username, go to the Health Gauge Login page either on the app or on the online platform at app.healthgauge.com
- On the Login page, click Forgot ID?
- Enter your email associated with your Health Gauge account.
- Click NEXT. An email will be sent to you with your username. (Ensure that you are connected to the internet.)
Note: If the email does not appear in your inbox within 30 seconds, check your other email folders such as “trash”, “spam”, or “bulk”. If you still cannot find the email and you are connected to the internet, click Resend or follow the above steps again.
