I forgot my password. What do I do?


  1. If you have forgotten your password, go to the Health Gauge Login page either in the app or on the online platform at app.healthgauge.com
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your User ID that is connected to your Health Gauge account.  Click Next.
  4. Confirm where you want your authentication code to be sent.  Click Next.  An email will be sent to you.  (Ensure that you are connected to the internet.)
  5. Open the email sent by Health Gauge and find the One Time Password, which will be a 6-digit code.  Go back to the app and type in the 6-digit code.  Click Verify.
  6. Create your new password, confirm your new password, and click Save.

Note: If the email does not appear in your inbox within 2 minutes, check your other email folders such as “trash”, “spam”, or “bulk”.  If you still cannot find the email and you are connected to the internet, click Resend Authentication Code or follow the above steps again.
