How do I change my username?


Currently, you cannot change your username.


If you have forgotten your username, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Health Gauge Login page either on the app or on the online platform at app.healthgauge.com
  2. On the Login page, click Forgot Username?
  3. Enter your email associated with your Health Gauge account.
  4. ​Click NEXT.  An email will be sent to you with your username. (Ensure that you are connected to the internet.)

Note: If the email does not appear in your inbox within 30 seconds, check your other email folders such as “trash”, “spam”, or “bulk”.  If you still cannot find the email and you are connected to the internet, click Resend or follow the above steps again.
