I am having trouble connecting my wearable to Bluetooth. What should I do?

  1. Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
  2. Check if the wearable is in range.  If the wearable is too far from your phone, it will disconnect.
  3. Check if your wearable has run out of battery.  If your battery is dead, you will need to recharge it before you can pair the wearable again.
  4. Try turning the wearable on and off or try resetting it.  Click the Refresh icon on Health Gauge’s Bluetooth page.  The wearable should reappear on the list.
  5. Try closing and re-opening the app.

If you have an iPhone, and the wearable is not appearing on the wearable list:

  1. Go to your iPhone Settings.  Click on Bluetooth.
  2. On the Bluetooth page, it will list all the devices that are currently paired with your iPhone.  Find and click the information icon (i) next to your Health Gauge wearable(s).  (Note: even if it says that the wearable is “connected”, you must still follow these steps.)
  3. Click Forget Device.
  4. Return to the Health Gauge app and click the Bluetooth button.
  5. Find your wearable on the list and click Connect.
  6. If the wearable still is not appearing on the list, turn the wearable off and on or try resetting it.  Click the Refresh icon on the Blutooth page.  The wearable should reappear on the list.  Then, click Connect.
