How do I set up and use the Phoenix+FIT wearable?

1. Add Straps to the Phoenix+FIT Wearable

To attach the straps of the Phoenix+FIT wearable, turn the straps over to see a small metal toggle and two metal pins. You can move the toggle to help shorten and lengthen the pins.

1.  Pick up the watch face and one of the straps. On the strap, move the toggle to shorten the pin. 
2.  Insert the longer metal pin into one of the holes. Next, align the strap with the other hole. 
3.  Slide the toggle to release the other metal pin into the hole. The toggle should lock into place. 
4.  Next, you can attach the other strap by following the same instructions.





2. Charge the Phoenix+FIT Wearable
  1. Attach the magnetic charging cord to the back charging contacts.
  2. Plug the other side of the cord into any USB compatible charger.
  3. A green battery charging light will appear on the screen when the wearable is charging.  
    A full battery charge takes approximately 2 hours.





3. How to Turn On and Use the Phoenix+FIT Wearable

To turn on the wearable:  Long press the side button to turn on the wearable. Short press the side button to wake up the wearable when the screen goes dark.

To turn off the wearable:  Long press the side button. Then, tap the check mark on the touchscreen to turn the wearable off.



Touch Screen: The wearable has a touch screen. You can swipe left/right, up/down, and touch to select.

Back Button: To go back to a previous screen, press the side button.

Shortcut Menu: To go to the shortcut list, either swipe up on the touch screen or press the side button. On the list, swipe up to see more options and touch the item you wish to select.

Change Between Screens: Swipe left and right.

Change the Watch Face: To change the watch face, long press the touch screen. Then, swipe left and right to see all the watch face options. Tap the touch screen to select.

Settings: Swipe down to go to the About (to see the wearable identification number), and the Settings (to change brightness, awake, reset, turn off).

Take a Measurement: Go to the screen that you wish to take a measurement for and the wearable will automatically start taking a measurement.  The screens on the wearable include Steps, Distance (km), and Calories Burnt (Kcal); Temperature (Temp); Heart Rate (Hr); electrocardiogram (ECG); Blood Pressure (Bp); Blood Oxygen Levels (SpO2); Respiration Rate (Rr); Sport Mode.  For sleep monitoring, the wearable will automatically detect and switch to this mode when you are sleeping.

Note: Measurements taken directly from the wearable use specialized algorithms and software and requires calibration to improve accuracy and results.  Over time, trending analysis and personal health data can support improved accuracy of the results provided by the application.




4. Connect Your Wearable to Your Phone

  1. Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
  2. Open the Health Gauge app and click the Bluetooth icon.
  3. Scroll down the list of devices and select the wearable that you want to pair with.
  4. Click Connect.

 


Note: To find out your wearable’s identification number, tap the side button on your wearable to illuminate the screen.  Then, swipe down on the wearable’s touchscreen and click About.  This will show you the wearable’s identification number.





5. Take a Measurement
  1. Open the Health Gauge app.
  2. Click the Center Icon to go to the AI PrecisionPulse page.
  3. Slightly moisten the bottom electrodes and the side electrode with water.  (Or slightly moisten your wrist and finger that will be in contact with the electrodes.)
  4. Click Start Measurement.
  5. Then, touch the side electrode of the wearable with a finger for the duration of the measurement.  Wait for the timer to finish. Your results will appear on the app.

Note:  Check the ECG and PPG signals.  If the signals appear inconsistent or abnormal, retake your measurement to get a more accurate result.
