What settings in the Health Gauge app can I adjust when first using the Phoenix+FIT wearable?


Adjust your wearable settings:

  1. Click on the Menu icon and select Settings. Then, select Device Settings
  2. For Wearing Method, select “Left” or “Right” depending on which wrist you wear the wearable on. This information is important as it helps to process the data accurately.
  3. You can set up automatic HR MonitoringTemperature Monitoring, and Oxygen Monitoring. Click on any or all of these categories. Turn on/off the toggle and select the time interval. The wearable will take automatic measurements for these metrics at the selected time interval. For blood pressure and other measurements, you will need to manually take measurements.
