How do I take a measurement using the Body Harmony Scale?


  1. Take off your socks/shoes. You must be barefoot while taking measurements, so that the sensors can properly analyse your body composition.
  2. Open the Health Gauge app.  On the Homepage, go to the Menu and click on Weight Measurement to go to this page
  3. On the Weight Measurement page, wait for the scale to connect with your phone. It will say, ‘Please get on weight scale now’ when it has connected.
  4. Step on the weight scale and stand still for the duration of the measurement.
  5. ​It will say ‘Your measurement is complete’ and your body composition results (weight, BMI, Body Fat Ratio, Body Muscle Rate, Body Water, Bone Mass, Basal Metabolic Rate, Protein Rate, Visceral Fat Index) will appear on the app when the measurement is complete.  Note: If only your weight appears and no other metrics, you did not stay on the scale long enough.
Your weight metrics will appear on the Weight Measurement page.  On the Homepage, you can also view your last recorded weight measurement.
